    Most people are aware of and think of the Yin aspect of compassion; however, the Yang aspect is just as important! In fact, it’s necessary to cultivate a balanced, happier, healthier life! I’ll teach you the elements of Yang Self-Compassion and also touch on the shadow aspects of each element.

    Today is all about cultivating tools for your personal self-compassion practice. We’ll have a variety of experiential activities that I guide you through. This retreat experience will instill greater self-compassion and confidence, regulate the nervous system and bring greater resonance establishing foundations to thrive!
